Yes. If the issue is truly small, we keep the quote small. We review the details first and confirm the price before starting.
How fast can you fix a WooCommerce checkout error?
Most checkout issues are resolved within 2-6 hours once we have access and reproduction steps.
What access do you need?
Usually a WordPress admin login, staging credentials, and any error logs. We can also work with temporary credentials.
Do you fix issues outside WordPress?
Yes. We handle app bugs, API errors, frontend regressions, and integrations as long as we can reproduce them.
What if the issue is bigger than expected?
We pause, explain what we found, and provide a new estimate before continuing.
