Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. If you have a concern, reach out and we will work with you quickly.

1. Service Scope

We provide digital services such as bug diagnosis, fixes, and ongoing maintenance. Refunds apply only to paid services covered by an approved quote or plan.

2. Before Work Starts

If you cancel before we begin, you receive a full refund.

3. After Work Starts

If work has started, refunds are prorated based on completed effort, time spent, and delivered fixes.

4. Completed Work

Completed and delivered work is not refundable. If new issues arise outside the agreed scope, we provide a new estimate.

5. Fix Warranty

If the same issue reappears within 7 days due to our changes, we fix it at no charge.

6. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Current period fees are non-refundable, and service remains active through the paid period.

7. Request Window

Submit refund requests within 14 days of service delivery, including your invoice ID and details.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
